This website is operated by Shenzhen2U. Throughout the site, the terms “Shenzhen2U,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shenzhen2U and its operating entities.

By accessing or using the site, creating an account, submitting files, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing any products or services from Shenzhen2U, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the site or use our services.

Placing an order through the Shenzhen2U website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and forms a legally binding agreement between you and Shenzhen2U.

To use certain features of the site, you may need to register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You must promptly notify Shenzhen2U of any unauthorized or suspected unauthorized use of your account. You may delete your account at any time, subject to outstanding orders, payment obligations, and legal retention requirements.

Shenzhen2U provides custom manufacturing coordination and related services based on the information, files, drawings, specifications, and order details submitted by you. You are responsible for ensuring that all files, data, specifications, quantities, materials, delivery addresses, and other order details are accurate and complete.

Online quotations are based on the information submitted by you and are subject to engineering review, file verification, manufacturing feasibility, material availability, and final order confirmation by Shenzhen2U.

Shenzhen2U may adjust the quotation, request additional information, or cancel an order if the submitted files or specifications do not match the information entered, are incomplete, or are technically infeasible. If an order is cancelled after payment due to our inability to process the order, Shenzhen2U will refund the applicable amount through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, customs, and trade compliance laws and regulations, including those of China, the United States, the European Union, and other applicable jurisdictions.

You may not use Shenzhen2U's services for any product, design, or end use that is illegal, prohibited, weapon-related, military-restricted, or subject to applicable export control or sanctions restrictions.

You represent and warrant that neither you, your affiliates, nor the end users related to your order are subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions, and that the products and services related to your order will not be supplied to any restricted party, destination, or end use in violation of applicable laws.

Shenzhen2U may require end-user statements, compliance documents, or other information reasonably necessary for review. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel any order where we reasonably believe there is a compliance risk.

Ownership of any files, data, drawings, designs, specifications, or other materials uploaded or submitted by you remains with you or your licensors. Your designs and related intellectual property remain your property.

By submitting materials to Shenzhen2U, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to access, use, and process such data solely for the purpose of providing quotations, coordinating manufacturing, delivering ordered parts, performing engineering review, and providing customer support. This license is non-transferable and terminates upon completion of the related order, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Shenzhen2U shall not sell, disclose, or use your data for any third-party benefit or unrelated purpose without your prior written consent. We will not use your technical files or designs to train AI models or machine learning systems without your prior written consent.

Shenzhen2U will not use your trademarks, logos, company name, or project information for marketing or promotional purposes without your prior consent.

Shenzhen2U will use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate manufacturing in accordance with confirmed order specifications and applicable quality standards. However, we do not guarantee that products will meet requirements not expressly confirmed in the order.

Certain products or services may be subject to availability, manufacturing capability, and material availability. Shenzhen2U may limit, suspend, or discontinue any product or service where reasonably necessary for legal, operational, or business reasons.

Product images, descriptions, and technical information displayed on the site are provided for general reference. Actual results may vary depending on manufacturing processes, materials, and order specifications.

Prices for Shenzhen2U products and services may change from time to time. The price shown during online quotation is based on the information submitted by you and becomes binding only after Shenzhen2U confirms the order.

Shenzhen2U may revise the price, request additional payment, or cancel the order if the submitted files, specifications, or other details differ from the information used for the quotation.

Additional charges may apply, including logistics fees, payment processing fees, VAT, import duties, or other charges communicated during order processing. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all orders.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other customs-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and remain your responsibility.

Customs duties, taxes, and import rules may vary by destination country, product type, and local customs policies. You are responsible for confirming applicable import requirements with your local customs authority.

Shenzhen2U is not responsible for delays, inspections, or additional charges caused by customs authorities, incomplete information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

After Shenzhen2U ships an order, you are responsible for monitoring delivery and confirming receipt within the applicable confirmation period. The automatic receipt confirmation period is generally 30 days from shipment for express logistics and 60 days for standard shipping methods.

If you do not confirm receipt or submit a valid after-sales claim within the applicable period, the order may be automatically marked as completed. Automatic confirmation does not waive your right to raise valid quality or non-conformity claims within the applicable after-sales period.

Information on the site may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Shenzhen2U may correct errors, update information, change product descriptions, revise pricing, or cancel orders affected by inaccurate information.

Shenzhen2U may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, tools, products, or services where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

Shenzhen2U may provide access to third-party tools, links, payment services, logistics providers, or other third-party services. Such services are provided by independent third parties and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Shenzhen2U does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, or transactions. You should review the applicable third-party terms before using any third-party service.

You may not use the site, products, or services for any illegal, prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

You must not upload or transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful materials. You may not collect personal information of others, impersonate another person, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or systems.

Except as expressly stated by Shenzhen2U in writing, the site, tools, information, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Shenzhen2U does not guarantee that the site or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shenzhen2U shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or production interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site, products, or services.

Shenzhen2U's total liability for claims arising from an order shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The relationship between you and Shenzhen2U is non-exclusive. Shenzhen2U may provide services to other customers, provided that we will not use your confidential data for the benefit of any third party without your prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shenzhen2U, its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from and against losses, claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the site or services.

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or Shenzhen2U. You may stop using the site or services at any time, subject to outstanding orders and payment obligations.

Shenzhen2U may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, failed to pay amounts due, provided inaccurate information, or created legal or compliance risk. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Shenzhen2U's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shenzhen2U regarding your use of the site and services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration in Hong Kong. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Shenzhen2U may update or replace these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Changes will not materially affect orders already accepted by Shenzhen2U, unless required by applicable law.
